Description

The worm gear reducers have a die-cast aluminum or cast iron casing, are available in seven sizes, and can be coupled to standard motors with B5, B14 or NEMA flange. The basic standard version is designed with a hollow output shaft, for possible self-centering pendular assembly with a simple reaction arm. Thanks to the modularity of the project, numerous other solutions are possible, variously combined: with a protruding output shaft, simple or double, with a B5 type output flange, or fixing on the feet screwed to the casing. In addition to the basic version, in order to achieve higher reduction ratios, versions are provided by combining two reducers in cascade or by placing a pre-pair with cylindrical gears in front. Solutions with an input shaft or without a motor, with a coupling flange, are also available. The input powers vary according to the sizes up to 7.5 kW and the output torques reach up to 1,550 Nm.
